Blazej joined BMZ Poland in 2012, and during 8 years he was responsible for transport, customs and material planning. Since 2020 he moved to Global Purchasing department in the global structures of BMZ.
As a Global Purchasing Manager for Battery Cells he is responsible for searching for new technologies and new suppliers, as well as maintaining relationships with established suppliers. Blazej current focus is on lithium-ion LFP and sodium-ion chemistries.
