Marte holds the position as Business Development Manager in Hydrovolt, a leading EV battery recycling and raw materials company operating one of Europe’s largest and most sustainable recycling plants in Fredrikstad, Norway. At Hydrovolt, Marte is responsible for developing new business concepts and partnerships related to sourcing of materials that need recycling.
Marte has a background from Hydro Batteries, one of Hydrovolt's owner organizations. At Hydro she gained extensive insight into the entire battery value chain, through market analysis and various investment projects. Before joining Hydro, she worked as a management consultant, focusing on the development of new services and products.
She holds an MSc degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU, Norway.
