QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Sponsor, what's inlcuded in the sponsorship package and what is the cost?

We have three different levels of sponsorships. Gold, Silver and Bronze. Please check out here

Exhibitor, i need material shipping & pick-up information for the event

All deliveries before the event must be to this address:

Grand Hotel, Arbeidergaten 4, 0101 OSLO Norway

Everything must be marked: "Oslo Battery Days" and "your company name"

To be delivered in Oslo, not earlier than one week before the event.

Exhibitor, will there be electricity available?

You will have access to AC outlet cloese to your table. Please bring an AC extension cable with EU plugs / sockets if needed.

Exhibitor, what is the size of the exhibitor table?

Exhibitors will get a table 120 x 45 cm with a white table cloth.

Payment using creditcard, which creditcards can i use for my online payment?

If you choose payment by creditcard, Mastercard and VISA will be accepted. AMEX can not be used.

Invoicing, can the invoicing be done in EURO or in US$?

Unfortunately, at this point we can only do the invoicing in Norwegian kroner (NOK). We have been promissed we will be able to do the invoicing in EURO in a couple of months. Anyway, to do a banktransfer in NOK is easy and inexpensive.

Invoicing, I am not a Norwegian citizen, do i have to pay the VAT?

Yes, unfortunately this is according to Norwegian law. You might be entitled to for a VAT refund, please read instructions here:
